Vanessa has been working as a Registered Nurse for 16 years. She has worked in various RN roles over the years. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2017. Her next goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner. She is a mother of 3 very active children ages 6, 11 and 13. As a busy working sports mom, you can usually find her at the softball, baseball or football fields on the weekends. In her free time she enjoys being with her family, enjoying the outdoors and working on her physical fitness. Working in aesthetics has been a long time dream for Vanessa. Enhancing natural beauty and making people feel like their best self is her ultimate goal.

Founder & Nurse Injector:

Molly graduated from CSU Bakersfield in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing with a Minor in Business Administration.

She’s also CEO of All Heart Home Health Care of Camarillo since 2012 and continues to give to the community with the help of the home health agency & volunteer work.

A busy mommy to 4 kiddos who also have an active schedule! And of course a caring wife to her husband.

Molly has always had a love for aesthetics and wellness. She practiced aesthetics prior to taking a leap of faith with launching HIVE Med Spa. Prior to this she worked in the insurance industry as a Case Manager. She also worked at local hospitals on the Telemetry floor, step-down ICU, labor and delivery, NICU, and most recently the Mother Baby Unit.

Her biggest cheerleaders in life include her husband, her parents, her kids, few very close friends & HIVE’s Medical Director Dr. Sara Whatley!

Her goal with the medical spa is to provide quality care, a fresh and up-to-date aesthetic practice while ensuring her clients have the latest techniques, enhancing their natural beauty and appearance, and for her clients to regain confidence and self-empowerment.
